Problem: As today’s digital native users are less focused on owning a car, this major player in the automotive industry felt the need to anticipate this change by extending their business towards mobility services. Kunstmaan Accenture Interactive was asked to develop a ‘Proof of Concept’ for this business opportunity.

Solution: a subscription-based service in which users can use credits to change their car easily (e.g. to go on holiday), ask for extra services or even use public transport as an alternative.

My role: I had a supportive role in the ideation workshop, but I took the centre stage when it came to branding, user-flow and designing the interface.
